A year later published Lolita, Stanley Kubrick cut its ties with the producer James B. Harris after starting Doctor Strangelove., Therefore, only make their own movies. And, of course, there is no Peter Sellers as the eccentric Clarence Quilty, who frankly hilarious and very strange. The script provides concrete characters, while not always let the viewer know what is happening. the direction of Stanley Kubrick is beautiful and cold, let the viewer has emotions rather than telling them what they feel. Stanley Kubrick did not return to these and proffesionall well-spoken character until Barry Lyndon (1975). Unfortunately, this Lolita movie ends up getting repeated and boring. Photography provides a sort of glow that some movies are, and the editing is rapid-fire. 9.5/10

Kubrik an excellent movie: Lolita that has sealed the names of all about him. We see how good director is able to translate and adapt the book to reach a wider audience and become a timeless classic. Instead of worrying about what the book really reflects on the silver screen, Kubrik changes and experiments with the script for a refreshing, fun and intellectual boring version of Nabokov's novel. The Master of Management also shows great skill in their exact address of the star well cast.Who selected vendors that challenge is precisely the hyperactive, witty seductive character who could, without doubt, a young teenager. Could there be a better fit that Lolita's mother Shelley Winters, who conveys the impression very well be the desperate, lonely widow? Even James Mason is the perfect place sexually repressed, intellectually perverted, which tries to hide their persistent as well, thoughts and desires behind the hypocritical mask of academic reputation. In conclusion, this is not a substitute for the book. It is also true that for the book to life boring parts of several mini-series would be necessary. This is, however, that the best script we saw in the 1997 version.
