| Street Kings was a complete failure as a film, mostly as a result of an almost incoherent story and cringe-worthy dialogue. Without spoiling the movie, all I can really say is that the street is full of kings character actions that leave the viewer scratching his head. Do not link the actions of character, or explain the relationships between the characters. It has some brutal action scenes which added some liveliness, but much of the DivX Movie Street Kings explains various characters vaguely what had happened, leaving the viewer bored as hell. But boredom is alleviated by the rain non-stop dialogue lame and corny cliches. Only the upper end of it all, as it makes no sense logically or emotionally, and the final climax of the movie: Street Kings was a real let down. If I had not seen this DVD film Street Kings for free, I would have been very upset. |
| I was not expecting, like this film, the police is not my favorite genre, after all, but I did. I really did. It does feel like a B-type DVD film Street Kings or black film, perhaps because only 20 million cost to make. But the cast was first class. As much as I love Keanu Reeves, I always go into any Street Kings Thriller movie of his cringing, "Did you do well? You survive this?" Reeves and delivered with aplomb. This is easier nuanced role to date - that really takes the weight of a policeman who has seen and done too much in the face. The action scenes were kicking my ass and I loved to see her play against Amaury Nolasco of Prison Break. All the actors were great, but I thought Forest Whitaker was a bit OTT. |
| Im part of this Street Kings film for three reasons, gun play, the police drama, and location. Having said that this Street Kings Thriller is a formula similar to others, but the name is different in the delivery of the actors. Im not saying this is not over the top sometimes, but overall is a good DivX film Street Kings for police dramas. Do not go thinking this DivX Movie Street Kings his other gangster / DVD movie Street Kings training day, "Do what people have forgotten to watch movies today have. Just watch the DivX Movie Street Kings and make your own opinion. Keanu makes his character credible, really did not know where it goes with the character of Jay Mohr and the supporting cast, I guess you could say. |
