| John Cleese was harassed at his best in this small jewel of a film. Undoubtedly one of the most under appreciated films of this genre of all time. Smart (maybe too smart and too British for the Americans at the time of release) and a very fun film: Clockwise can be seen over and over again without being stale. Cleese and the opportunity is excellent as his wife and daughter .. an absolute pleasure to watch! |
| I remember a comment in the Washington Post, where this Clockwise movie was released in the theater. He said something like: "If you want to see the master at work, go see this film." I thought it was very appropriate. If you like the John Cleese comedy brand, is a good example here. In its way, the Clockwise Comedy movie is a simple comedy of errors. Murphy's law Cleese dogs worldwide goes. However, despite the great John Cleese reactions to the endless stream of problems, they are never lost sight of their objectives or their integrity. | A very funny movie, in my opinion the best available Cleese. Cleese as long ignored this Clockwise film when talking about his DivX film Clockwise work and the title was never mentioned when Cleese movies are appointed by the critics. Apparently, for some vague reason, there is nothing between Monty Python and "A Fish Called Wanda." Rubbish, see this. I also liked "Fish" the first but soon becomes bored by repetition. Not.
