This is a gentle, innocent film about the reflections of an aging man (David Morse), who returns to his home town after the death of his best friend. Memories of life at age 11 floods back as it was a magical time that changed his life. Three 11 year old children (Anton Yelchin as Bobby, Mika Boorem as Carol, and Will Rothaar as Sully) share their lives. Carol & Bobby have a special affection for one another including sharing a kiss 'by which all others will be measured'. Bobby lives with his mother (Hope Davis), a bitter, vain woman who looks for pleasures for herself without sharing much with her son. Into their lives comes a mysterious new boarder (Anthony Hopkins), who befriends the boy but generates distrust from the mother. As time passes, the man and boy share confidences and special powers are revealed. The man warns the boy to be on the lookout for the 'lowmen', who were seeking him. The two share a summer's adventures and come to love one another before the inevitable happens. A confrontation with a school bully (Timothy Reifsnyder) also changes everyone.

However, another story of coming of age, along the lines of previous Stephen King Stand By Me. Has an interest while watching, but becomes forgettable later. What distinguishes it is the sincere actions of Anton Yelchin as Bobby Garfield and David Morse who plays Bobby as an adult, Hope Davis as the mother of Bobby, and, of course, Anthony Hopkins as the mysterious Ted. The 1960s, the atmosphere is real, and so is the relationship between Hopkins (in his first role since reprising Hannibal) and young Yelchin. This DVD film Hearts in Atlantis is a breath of fresh air, when he left in October 2001. If you liked Stand By Me, I recommend Hearts in Atlantis.

THO'm even a little young (14), Hearts in Atlantis while I was big. It was the best time, set the old Hearts in Atlantis film I've seen next to The Goonies, but I love it. I would like to tell other people to see because it was so good. I can not think of anything to say, apart from that battle. There is much to say, but you think. I'm not myself in this regard, but who cares if there are errors that can not say there was. Shows how life was "back then and really emotional. I cry when I see it, not mourn, but to show movies that are touching. I would give it a ten because I earned it. Stephen King is a good writer to make up a story like that, but I think the Hearts in Atlantis Mystery movie is more touching because it shows what is really happening and not just the image, visiable.

Although the circumstances of the child in the DivX Movie Hearts in Atlantis were not really similar to mine at that age, I found myself remembering things from my own childhood (he was 14 years at the time of the events of this Hearts in Atlantis Mystery was made) that had not recalled in years. Ted Brautigan that magic place in the life of Bobby Garfield reminded me, sometimes the strength of the wonder and beauty of life as I was during those years. I have traveled far from the house where I grew up, and have lost contact with many people I met. This Hearts in Atlantis Mystery film is incredibly powerful, and I urge everyone to see.

Strange, but thoughtful coming of age on the part of an ambitious young man (Anton Yelchin) and his skeptical mother (Hope Davis) that have a very talented man (Anthony Hopkins), go to the board, where the couple lives in the Connecticut suburb during the fifties. The performances of Hopkins, Yelchin, and David Morse (in a small role), which serves as the narrator, are impressive. Based on Stephen King's novel, which is adapted by William Goldman ( "Misery"), and the DVD film Hearts in Atlantis is directed by Scott Hicks ( "Snow Falling on Cedars" and "Shine"). Another part of the DivX film Hearts in Atlantis you can not go unnoticed is the camera work late Piotr Sobocinski and how to create a beautiful appearance of the streets during the autumn. "Hearts in Atlantis" left me with the feeling of someone you met once during the summer for several years. The presence and the loyalty shown to me was a wake, but not a rude surprise. When I saw the Hearts in Atlantis Mystery at the cinema over a year ago, I did not think, however, I rented the DivX film Hearts in Atlantis last week. I see the DivX Movie Hearts in Atlantis rendering of his friend and I wonder if I will ever see again.

I loved this Hearts in Atlantis Mystery film the first time I saw at the cinema. I bought the first day of sale on DVD. I loved the photograph of the film, shot just beautiful! The chemistry between Hopkins and the young man was nothing less than perfect and heart warming. Deffently is a coming of age DivX Movie Hearts in Atlantis that is formed under a tariff. Great adaptation of a Stephen King book as well. I recommend to anyone who is a fan and appreciates excellent cinematography.
