| This Platoon Action movie should be the standard for all images of war. Believe me when I say that it is actually better than The Bridge on the River Kwai. Stone includes many deep emotional messages throughout the movie. Why not include the directors of both Platoon Action movie drama in a war of this kind of image? War is hell. Has been called hell for ages, stone finally applied to this masterpiece of a DivX film Platoon of war. One of the most frightening, terrible, the most spectacular images that I witnessed. Many emotional scenes and thinking are what makes this DVD film Platoon much better than any other war images. The actors are acting as in combat, a little light to see in war films. Richardson, the DivX film Platoon helps to add to the drama like Barber's Adagio for Strings. A DivX film Platoon that tells the true experience, hurtful side of the war, one that shows the ugly reality unlike any other film. ***** |
| "Platoon" (1986): If "The Thin Red Line" is a contender for the last poetic movie: Platoon about the war (and I say it is), then "Platoon" is the gritty, tense, realistic contender. Nothing is smooth, easy, relaxed, funny, or romantic about this story. The performance is excellent by all (the list is too long, but Tom Berenger, Charlie Sheen, Willem Defoe and take main characters), and each scene is created with one goal in mind - to attempt an explanation of what is to be a soldier in the war. The picture is confusing and violent, the movement of leaves and light perception doubt the sanity of the characters is fragile, the score is both epic and nostalgic. This is art at all levels. |
| At the end of the film, Charlie Sheen returns home, and is in Central Park. Some music is playing. Does anyone know what this music? I want to do. Thank you. Is it not sad that I do? The soldier saw the horrible things in May. Gor their friends shot, and suffered a lot, and a male sergeant was horrible. Perverts and violent. Imagine having someone responsible for you, in such extreme circumstances. Horrible. Do you remember when he tried to save his friend? He had to leave it in the end because I was so sick. I think the man shot himself, when the enemy came to him. Sad case. Yeucch! A course, horrific gang rape, too. Yeucch! All very worrying. I do not know how people can behave so horribly. When you leave everything and get married, peace and sweetness of their liberty, and the new value placed on it, are reflected in music. Heaven is, and I want to do it. |
| You have to be a veteran to understand the horrors of it.Those of us who are veterans have to rely on those who were there to say to those who may have story.You describe verbally, which obtains imagination in motion, but never quite enough.Then, you have someone like Oliver Stone, who has the power to create visually based on their own point of view.He was there, and tells us through this winner Oscar what appeared to be from their point of view.He want to see what he saw, that is the only way for those of us who have failed to understand what our fighting men alone was through.Imagination it.Though not understand that it still had to be there to get the full extent, thanks to Oliver Stone, now understand much better. |
| I can not say enough good things about this movie. It's powerful, moving, riveting, and shows what the war in Vietnam was very similar. Oliver Stone has done an excellent job in writing and address it. I will not go into details about the plot and the argument for those who have not seen, but focuses on a young private, Chris Taylor (Charlie Sheen), who becomes trapped in a war within a war. The peloton is used in literally coming apart at the seems due to a rivalry between the two sergeants in the command, Barnes (Tom Berenger) and Elias (William Dafoe). Taylor, is surrounded by enemies, both Vietnamese and Americans. This DVD movie Platoon is relentlessly bleak and raw, but incredibly realistic. My father and I saw this Platoon Action film together. He served in the Air Force in Vietnam, and this was the only DivX Movie Platoon I've seen watching mourn. 10/10 |
| I do not think this is the stone of the best DivX film Platoon to date. In fact, JFK and I loved it as a masterpiece. Platoon is a war Platoon Action movie and I'm not crazy about war movies in general, but of stone and address of the personal experience of Vietnam is clearly an effective tool in this Platoon movie is brilliant. It is raw, ugly, dirty and disgusting, but then what the war is not one of those things? Regarding Vietnam films, I preferred the Deer Hunter but I would say that goes beyond Platoon other films that have not gone before. It's different when the manager has been there and has done himself a Vietnam veteran such as Roman Polanski, who survived World War II Poland as a child. There is nothing that they are not afraid to show as if they are celebrating something. This DivX film Platoon is about war and young people who will return to their homes just different. As far as I know, this DivX film Platoon is still important today as it was twenty years ago. Cast first level includes Charlie Sheen, Tom Berenger and other young people. |
