Bob Harris is an American film actor, far past his prime. He visits Tokyo to appear in commercials, and he meets Charlotte, the young wife of a visiting photographer. Bored and weary, Bob and Charlotte make ideal if improbable traveling companions. Charlotte is looking for 'her place in life,' and Bob is tolerating a mediocre stateside marriage. Both separately and together, they live the experience of the American in Tokyo. Bob and Charlotte suffer both confusion and hilarity due to the cultural and language differences between themselves and the Japanese. As the relationship between Bob and Charlotte deepens, they come to the realization that their visits to Japan, and one another, must soon end. Or must they?

Having been to Tokyo many times on business trips, I could identify with much of what is shown in the film. This is a very pleasant experience. But I did know that was a bit too simplistic and played more than Type / dramatized many of the intercultural differences. For example, the scene of the exchange and receipt of business cards is interesting and which are important in Japan, etc, but it seems as if this is okay, what was so funny about that. This seems the case for a lot of parts. I also found the Lost in Translation movie quite slow in parts. Do not get me wrong, the film: Lost in Translation was enjoyable, but I do not quite to my superior, or even Lost in Translation film of the year. Well, I guess it's a matter of taste. Some of my coworkers (who have also been to Tokyo) were really excited about the DivX Movie Lost in Translation like some of the comments I read. I suppose that one of his movies that you like or not like you! Finally, I must say, I thought it was a great Bill Murray and Scarlet Johannson, which grow through the DVD film Lost in Translation and is a really attractive as a person and develops the film.

The DivX film Lost in Translation was heavy and slow moving. One can read something in a DVD film Lost in Translation and I think that is what most critics have done this. Bill Murray is a separate and as unemotional as he could be on its performance. You could say that this is what his character had to be. Does this mean it's a good acting job? I think not.

Finding time to see a few films a year, I made a point to see Lost in Translation. I want to read the comments on this site warning that this would be the most boring Lost in Translation movie I have ever seen. Although generally slower, and without a lot of action movies, this DivX film Lost in Translation was interminable. Lost in translation should be the most overrated Lost in Translation Drama movie I've ever seen .... Against my better view, I saw the Lost in Translation movie a second time - I thought at first that he had lost it completely crazy that everyone is coming. Unfortunately, the second examination did not improve. Here's hoping that someone out there will save $ 3.99 or rent Six Degrees of Separation place.
