The career of a disillusioned producer, who is desperate for a hit, is endangered when his star walks off the film set. Forced to think fast, the producer decides to digitally create an actress 'Simone' to sub for the star—the first totally believable synthetic actress. The 'actress' becomes an overnight sensation, with a major singing career as well, and everyone thinks she's a real person. However, as Simone's fame skyrockets, he cannot bear to admit his fraud to himself or the world.

I vaguely that this DivX film S1m0ne has a low score IMDB. He is well settled that the movie: S1m0ne is headed in the wrong place in the market (which, after seeing that, quickly connected to IMDB to whinge about how it was paid to the romantic comedy), or by what many called "intellectual "from the likes of MIT, and so decided that the movie: S1m0ne simply because they are stick pan with nothing better to do. Anyway, this is a very underrated S1m0ne Sci-Fi movie and I'm glad I made the effort to see it.

I was fortunate enough to see a screening of this DVD film S1m0ne before its date of width. I must say that the trailers do not do justice to this S1m0ne Sci-Fi movie is a very smart satire that provides commentary on many things including Hollywood industry, the public and a questionable (imperfect) of the jury, personal conflicts and the guilt of greed and what it means to be "in control" - all within the context of a very successful comedy. The DivX film S1m0ne has several truly funny moments and I left the choice not only with a sense of satisfaction, but with the feeling that this S1m0ne film will only be more relevant with time. Simone is a S1m0ne Sci-Fi very well executed and thought and raises the questions (although nothing new) about the industry and the proverbial "human condition", while funny. I was also pleasantly surprised.

Andrew Niccol tasting and original take on modern worship celeb is a unique cinematic experience. The main argument is very interesting and the script is awesome. Some of the scenes (like "I'm pig" or the second television interview) carry the message of the DivX film S1m0ne very strong, but the DVD movie S1m0ne does not deny the fact that it is directed primarily to be a DivX film S1m0ne comedy. It has a brilliant cast of Al Pacino, Catherine Keener, including Evan Rachel Wood. Winona Ryder is also excellent in his cameo. But what really fascinated me is your final. You can never predict how it becomes the final. Highly recommended for all who search for new concepts in recent films.
