| what an amazing movie. Actually the first cut thousands of great classic movies. This is the definition of life, and as life altering as the great poet died in society. The American Beauty Drama is beautifully shot and directed. Full of color and jaw drop gorgeousness. The movie: American Beauty score is one of the finest in American Beauty Drama history. With its quiet and bright creepy echoey piano and synthesizers. All the actors give great performances, in particular, Wes Bentley, Chris Cooper, and of course Kevin Spacey. And the script by Alan Ball, is incredibly accurate and know the life of the small but memorable moments. Put everything into a pot and have a work of art that can never be reapeated by anyone anywhere ever. |
| I have 15 years and the first time I saw American Beauty was 12 years. Old. I thought it was one of the strangest films I had seen ever. We must look beyond the DivX film American Beauty to realize how amazing it was. Even now when I watch the scene of the bag feel that my heart is about to explode. It has a lot of people who hate this movie, but I think it's a thin line between love and hate. | If you gave most of the film: American Beauty Oscar absurd and dishonest piece of tripe so this is my vote! Remember that children in high school weird happened too long by themselves? | American Beauty is an outstanding achievement in cinema. Everything about the movie: American Beauty is amazing. From the opening video to the final voice over the DVD movie American Beauty is almost perfect. This American Beauty film is one of the few times that I made a American Beauty Drama film and felt so many emotions. The American Beauty film is well written with a screenplay by Alan Ball is a profound and emotional moment of fun, and then the next time. Some of the issues raised in this film: American Beauty are discussed further in the Alan Ball series "Six Feet Under", but never able to match the one shown in this film. Sam Mendes is capable of bringing to life characters with wonderful performances by Kevin Spacey, Annette Bening, Chris Cooper and company. And it is backed by beautiful images captured by the late Conrad. L Hall and some strange music of Thomas Newman. I know that not everyone likes this DVD film American Beauty and understand it. But after a DVD film American Beauty is truly wonderful and over most of the garbage that Hollywood produces so this is for you. |
| I find it hard to believe that someone waste good money in making this type of film. I am ashamed that this DivX Movie American Beauty is in the world telling everyone that this is what a family is like. I've never seen anything or met that comes close to something like the terribly dysfunctional mess that is displayed on the screen. |
| I just see how highly rated this American Beauty movie was in the IMDb top 250 movies of all time (I mean that in principle it is 30). This DVD movie American Beauty belongs in the bottom 100. However, I did see this American Beauty movie once, and almost every scene was indelibly etched in my memory (thankfully I have forgotten much of it for now). That's because most of the scenes (including an abuse of shampoo in the shower) are completely over the top. The governor must have any sharp cut and left on the pretext of a Zucker-Abrams-Zucker comedy concept. Kevin Spacey is the character of a stretch, but lost his job "unfair" and immediately turns around and blackmails his boss. So he buys a sports car, smokes "100% sure of weeds," and hates his life as it is, until re-discovered "Puppy Love". Good for him? Annette Benning is the nature of all rights, the rest of the characters are stupid, and I forgot Allison Janney in the film. Question: In real life, is the "boy next door", which acts as a true distortion of reality in the world wisest person he knows "what is it?" Oh, he is also a drug dealer in the city. Yikes! I spend some G-13. Are really only two good segments: Lester in the drive window, and Lester with RC car. That's about 3 1 / 2 minutes of film. Are there any plot twists?
